What condition are the items in?
Each listing has its own condition details. Pallets may include new, like-new, used, damaged or incomplete items. Read the original description before ordering.
Does every pallet have a manifest?
Only rely on a manifest when the listing provides one. Photo-based lists cover visible exterior items only; inside contents and MSRP are unknown.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Everyone is welcome. Visit our warehouse during opening hours — no appointment needed.
How do I confirm delivery?
Send your full shipping address and pallet details so our team can confirm eligibility and delivery costs. Free shipping applies only to eligible online orders in selected Ontario areas.
